92Organizer of concerts from New Jersey, sued the King of pop music for breach of contract. According to the agreement, Michael Jackson with other members of his musical family will have this summer to make appearance for large-scale concert.

The agreement also provides, that the singer should not at be any other statements in the months before and after the concert. And this item has been violated Jackson and his current manager, who has already agreed for a series of “illegal” summer concerts in London.

Plaintiff from New Jersey said he had not objected for the “extra” performances of Jackson. Instead, he wants to get their rightful compensation – 40 million dollars.
