pearl_continental_hotelIn Pakistan, as a result of a terrorist attack at a hotel, killed five people, wounding about 25. According to the Pakistani authorities, the suicide bomber blew himself up at the Hotel Pearl Continental Hotel of city Peshavar – the administrative center of the border with Afghanistan, North-Western provinces of the country.

Reported, that a terrorist on the body  which was strengthened by a powerful explosive charge, suddenly broke through the protection of the hotel, ran inside and immediately set in motion an explosive device.

This is not the first case of terrorist attacks in Pakistan over the past few days. The authorities believe, that such actions are an attempt to militant Taliban to avenge the defeat they received in the recent fighting in the Swat valley.
