Stress at work and looking for a new job – this is the most common causes of insomnia employees on all continents. This is the conclusion reached by an international web portal on employability Monster.
“The survey that we conducted throughout the world, showed that the most stressful situation is to find work. 52% of respondents admitted that the job is their insomnia,” – said the representative of the company Monster.
According to the poll, 85% of respondents had experienced or have difficulty with sleeping because of the turmoil in the workplace. Slightly less than one-quarter, 23% suffer from stress at work because of the financial and economic crisis – many now fear that under current circumstances would be difficult to place in his profession, but someone has already felt the full impact of the crisis personally on their experiences of losing their jobs.
The study revealed, that in various European countries in varying degrees of staff suffering from insomnia caused by problems at work.
