Michael JacksonThe Supreme Court of California denied a mother of “the king of pop music” – Michael Jackson, in the right administration of his estate.

As the representative of the court, the right to dispose of property is given to his lawyer John Branco and family friend John McClain. They noted, that the Court’s decision coincides with the text of the testament M. Jackson.

Recall the mother of M. Jackson’s 79-year-old Katherine filed a petition to the court on the management of the property before it was discovered his testament. The situation with wills of M. Jackson, is still not completely clear.

Michael Jackson, died June 25 of this year the Medical Center in the University of California at the age of 50 years. The legendary singer was urgently hospitalized after sudden cardiac arrest, occurred at his home in Los Angeles.
