Strasbourg Court has recognized the admissibility of the claim by Georgia against Russia. Tbilisi accuses Moscow in violating the rights of Georgian citizens, because of their alleged arbitrary arrests and mass deportations from Russia in 2006, 2007. As was pointed out by the European Court of Human Rights, the admissibility of the complaint is not a meaning of further satisfaction.
