In northern Iraq as a result of suicide bombing killed 15 people

Iraq ViolenceIn northern Iraq, an explosion killed at least 15 people, another 40 people were injured. The explosion occurred today, near the market in city Kirkuk in the northern Iraq, detonated an explosive device laid in the car.

Recall, that on 20 June in the suburbs of city Kirkuk, near a mosque shortly after the noon prayer, terrorists detonated a truck bomb.

As a result, 73 people were killed, over 200 injured. Power of the explosion was such, that located adjacent small houses turned into ruins, and the mosque had received severe injuries.

Within a few hours before the attack Iraqi Prime Minister – Nouri al-Maliki said, that the withdrawal of American troops from Iraqi cities, completion scheduled for late June, is a “great victory” for the country.

Observers had warned, that militants will try to overshadow this event.
