The countries of the SCO began fight against terrorism

Presidents of the member countries of Shanghai Cooperation Organization, adopted a convention against terrorism. At the summit in Yekaterinburg, the SCO members have recognized expedient to hold regular joint anti-terrorist exercises. In the final declaration, the presidents also defined the basic principles of peace and security, as well as the settlement of international and regional conflicts.

In addition, Beijing promised to give the SCO countries in crisis loan of 10 billion dollars. Meeting of the States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization took place in a larger format. In addition to the permanent members, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Russia, also participated in the event the observers from Mongolia, Iran, India, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
