Scientists call that the WHO to condemn the use of homeopathy

Scientists believe, that the fascination with homeopathy may be a fatal risk for patients.International Association for The Voice of Young Science Network, brings together young scientists and doctors turned to the World Health Organization (WHO) has sent an open letter, which demanded, that the WHO should publicly condemn the use of Homeopathic remedies for the treatment of serious diseases. The letter also signed by British scientists from University College London (UCL).
The need of such treatment authors explain, that today, the WHO does not preclude organizations, that are moving in Africa program of treatment and prevention of AIDS, malaria, influenza or homeopathy means and other methods of alternative medicine. In particular, a biophysicist UCL Daniella Mualla said, that if the WHO is based on the methods of evidence-based medicine, it can not support technology unconfirmed treatment. Among the diseases, that are not subject to treatment homeopathic medicines, called AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, influenza, diarrhea newborn. Researchers believe, that if treatment can be used only with drugs of proven effectiveness, and the use of untested homeopathic means patients facing death. WHO has so far refrained from comment.
