Selfmade “Alien”

At Fox decided about the future flashback of «Alien»: a script to it will write a talented newcomer John Spaits and director – and this is important – will all be  Ridley Scott and not debutant Carl Erik Rinsch (whoever he is neither accounted for Ridley and whatever how good clipmaker is he). Maybe it is, of course, and for the worse, but in this situation, at least understandable who will do the project.

As for unknown scriptwriter Spaits, his talents appreciated not only on Fox (on the application scenario of the flashback was met with enthusiasm not only the people who take the studio, and Scott himself). In addition, the spirited newcomer has already shown itself scenario for the «Passengers» – the same space and the fantastic, Keanu Reeves is attached to the project. Moreover, once again, Fox has entrusted Spaits for rewriting the script for «The Darkest Hour», which is being produced by Timur Bekmambetov and Tom Jacobson.

Details of prehistory of the «Alien» has not yet been disclosed. Also nothing is known about the timing of delivery of the script and the start date of production.
