The youngest smoker in the world is just 2.5 years old

CigaretteThe youngest smoker in the world is just 2.5 years old, by that way he is smoking allready for one year, noting that today the young Chinese boy named Liang Liang already smokes a pack of cigarettes a day.

Bad habits of the child was grewn by his parents. Liang Liang was born with a congenital hernia. Since an early age when an operation was too dangerous, doctors decided to wait until the baby will grew up.

The kid is constantly suffering from sharp pains, and then his father decided to give him a smoke, to distract from the constant torment. As a result, the boy became so addicted to a new “painkiller”, and parents are not able to force him throw a cigarette.

Noted, that China ranks first in the world with the number of smokers. According to official figures, 311 million of Chinese people are an amateurs tobacco addicts. Followed by India, where 229 million people smoke. Russia, in quantitative terms, has lagged behind these countries, but took the lead in the number of smokers per capita.

According to a study, conducted by experts from the American Cancer Society and the World Organization of the fight against lung disease, in the next year in case of tobacco in the world could die around 6 million of people. In 2030, this figure will increase to 8 million. In that way, the mortality rate among smokers, especially will rise in developing countries.
